As we enter the final chapter of this season, we want to thank you so much for being part of our journey. 🤍

Due to the closure of Salty Honey, we are no longer able to process returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Please Read Carefully Before Purchasing:

  • All sales are FINAL.
  • No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued.
  • This policy applies to all items purchased moving forward, including sale items and swim.

Because we are closing, we are unable to restock inventory or offer replacements, and our systems will no longer support store credits after closure.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email here] with your order number and photos. We will review and assist where possible.


Why This Policy Exists

As we prepare to officially close, this allows us to:

  • Sell through remaining inventory
  • Close operations responsibly and efficiently

Can I still use my store credit?

Yes! Store credit can be used through May 14th, which is the final day to place an order.

Can I use my Shop points?

Yes — all Shop points must be used by May 14th. After that, they will no longer be redeemable.


Can I use my gift card?

Absolutely. Be sure to use any remaining gift card balance by May 14th, as this is the final day of operations.


What if my item doesn’t fit?

All sales are final, so we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

We recommend connecting through our BTS pages or community groups to buy, sell, or swap items. It’s a great way to find your perfect fit and keep the pieces you love in rotation.


Why are all sales final?

Due to our closure, we are no longer able to support returns, exchanges, or store credit. This allows us to fully wind down operations while offering the deepest discounts possible.

SHOP PAY INSTALLMENT POLICY

If your purchase was made using Shop Pay Installments powered by Affirm, please understand that store credit does not cancel or modify your installment agreement. Shop Pay Installments is a third party payment service and manages your payment plan separately from our store. When you place an order using Shop Pay Installments, you are committing to a payment agreement at the time of purchase. If an item is returned, store credit is issued in place of the product. The installment payments you agreed to will continue according to your original payment schedule. Store credit cannot be applied toward Shop Pay or Affirm balances and cannot be transferred to reduce or cancel installment payments. Store credit is intended for use on a future purchase with our store. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
