Shipping policy

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Customers are responsible for filing any claims directly with the shipping carrier for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.


For added protection, customers may purchase Shipping Protection during checkout. Orders that include Shipping Protection are eligible for replacement or reimbursement in accordance with our Shipping Protection policy.


We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier, shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
